The other huge advantage to this in our eyes is that you aren’t restricted to a choice of a few smart switches for example which may not fit with the existing decor in your property.
Local Control
Our other main goal is that all smart equipment should be fully usable during an internet outage by only implementing devices that can be controlled locally. Sometimes this involves us installing a very low powered computer to act as the central hub for your smart home alongside a dedicated wifi access point to ensure that a change in broadband supplier or similar doesn’t interfere with things.
